2009 French oceanographic cruises report

Abstract

This document reports on the French oceanographic cruises conducted in 2009. It provides a detailed description of SISMER's role in archiving cruise information and oceanographic data. It also gives an overall view of the vessels of the French ocean research fleet and how they are used and provides dynamic access to cruise information through the Nautilus web portal (http://www.ifremer.fr/sismer/index_FR.htm). This report has been drawn up by IFREMER, and more specifically, by the SISMER department in charge of managing cruise data and summaries
